The Flamingo Team, want you to be fully satisfied  with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Store receipt must be included in your package .
Used merchandise cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders.
Merchandise not on sale must be received by us within 4 days from receipt for a full refund, less shipping.
Items received back to us within 4-7days will receive a store credit, less shipping.
Items bought online and picked up in store, will follow the in-store policy rules and only store credit will be given.
Items bought online and get returned in the physical store, will follow the in-store policy rules and only store credit will be given.
Please not that the delivery date is the day the package was received.
 Items returned past this time frame are final sale.
Please allow 14 days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed. 
  • Please note that due to the large quantities of products in some returns which we need to restock, we charge a 10% restocking fee that will be subtracted from all returns worth more than $300.00

When you receive a baby gift that is not on sale, you may be able to exchange or return for store credit with in 2 weeks from receipt.
Credits can only be used toward full priced merchandise.
All orders placed online for in store pick up and cancelled within 5 days will receive a store credit only, as this follows the same in store policy of store credit only.
There is no additional discount for orders already placed and are on sale.
