The Flamingo Team wants you to be fully satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

Store receipt must be included in your package.

Used merchandise cannot be returned.

You have 10 days from when you receive your package to return your order for full refund.

You have up to 14 Days to return your items for a store credit.

Credits can only be used towards full priced merchandise.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders.

International shipping will be calculated based on location, using the most cost-effective method.

Underwear, Swimwear and Hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

All sale items are final sale .

There will be no returns on merchandise purchased before the holidays, after the holidays.
