Return & Refund Policy

The Flamingo Team, want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on purchases. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

RETURN POLICY:
  • Must be received by us within 7 days from the day when you received the package for STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • Items received back to us within 7days will receive a store credit only.
  • Items returned past this time frame are final sale
  • In order to maintain FAIRNESS and consistency for all our customers, we DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS to our established policies. .

     

    RETURNED MERCHANDISE SHOULD INCLUDE:

    • Store receipt or order number must be included in your package.
    • Used merchandise cannot be returned.
    • The tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
IN STORE PICK UP:
  • Items bought online and picked up in store, will follow the in-store policy rules 5 days store credit!
  • Items returned past this time frame are final sale.
  • Your Order Will Remain Available For A Maximum Of 30 Days From The Time You Received A Pick Up Notification. Orders Not Claimed After 30 Days Will Be Given To Charity.
SHIPPING:
  • Once we ship any packages we do not hold accountability for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed per the postal system.

SAME DAY DELIVERY:
  • Orders placed before 1PM will be delivered the SAME DAY in Brooklyn
  • Orders placed after 1PM will be delivered the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:

Our fulfillment time is 1-3 business days for all products.
RESTOCKING FEE:
  • Please note that due to the large quantities of products in some returns which we need to restock, we charge a 10% restocking fee ON ALL ORDERS OVER $500 
ORDER CANCELATION:
  • Note that if you cancel your order before it has been fulfilled or picked up, you will be assessed a $10 cancelation fee before the credit is issued .
  • All orders placed online for in store pick up and cancelled within 5 days will receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY, as this follows the same in store policy of store credit only.
  • There is no cancellation or exchanges on sale items
  • No price adjustments on regular or clearance items.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
  • Items received back to us within 10-14 days will receive a store credit only.
BABY GIFTS:
  • When you receive a baby gift that is not on sale, you may be able to exchange or return for store credit with in 2 weeks from receipt.
  • Credits can only be used toward full priced merchandise.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

WE CANNOT EDIT OR CANCEL ORDERES!

STORE CREDIT CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS SALE ITEMS!


Any items discounted at 15% or more are considered final Sale.

  • Underwear, Swimwear, Hair accessories, Bedding, Bibs, Toys, And Types Of Accessories Are Final Sale

Decorations can not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

  • All sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
  • All special orders are final sale.
  • There Will Be No Returns On Merchandise Purchased Before The Holidays, After The Holidays.

There is no additional discount, or price adjustments for orders already placed and are on additional sale.
