• Items received back to us within 7days will receive a store credit only.

• In order to maintain FAIRNESS and consistency for all our customers, we DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS to our established policies. . RETURNED MERCHANDISE SHOULD INCLUDE:Store receipt or order number must be included in your package.Used merchandise cannot be returned.The tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

IN STORE PICK UP:

• Items bought online and picked up in store, will follow the in-store policy rules 5 days store credit!
• Items returned past this time frame are final sale.
• Your Order Will Remain Available For A Maximum Of 30 Days From The Time You Received A Pick Up Notification. Orders Not Claimed After 30 Days Will Be Given To Charity.

SHIPPING:

• Once we ship any packages we do not hold accountability for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed per the postal system.

SAME DAY DELIVERY:

• Orders placed before 1PM will be delivered the SAME DAY in Brooklyn
• Orders placed after 1PM will be delivered the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

• Please note that due to the large quantities of products in some returns which we need to restock, we charge a 10% restocking fee ON ALL ORDERS OVER $500 

ORDER CANCELATION:NO OVER NIGHT CANCELATIONS. YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER DURING BUSINESS HOURS 11:00-5:30

• Note that if you cancel your order before it has been fulfilled or picked up, you will be assessed a $10 cancelation fee before the credit is issued .
